Since April 2011, AFE has completed more than 30 projects worth over $19M in total — roads and asphalt paving, bridges and culverts, water supply and treatment, drainage, dams, and concrete and steel buildings — for government ministries, international agencies, and private clients.

Delivered in 2026, this $300,000 package covered four reinforced concrete box culverts at Maryood Madag in Gadaref State — excavation, reinforced concrete decks and wing walls, and the approach channels that carry seasonal water under the road. It extends AFE's culvert record in the state, which includes the company's largest single package to date: eight culverts worth $1,715,237.

A complete carriageway package on one of Khartoum's busiest access corridors: road-base preparation, asphalt layover, and finishing works serving the Haj Youssef district. Roadworks are a recurring line in AFE's register, which also records repeat road-maintenance contracts for Khartoum State in 2016, 2017, and 2022 and the $2,350,000 Gamaa Street asphalt layover for the Ministry of Infrastructure.

In 2012, PETRONAS Marketing engaged AFE to construct three fuel stations in Khartoum as a single $760,000 program. The scope ran from foundations and reinforced concrete through structural and canopy works to the finished forecourts — a full site-build rollout delivered for an international oil-and-gas brand with its own engineering standards.

Built in 2017 for Semex and the Ministry of Livestock, the $680,740 Genetic Training Center combined building construction with finished external works and site access. The client relationship continued: in 2019 AFE returned to deliver a $353,421 steel-structures package of parlors for the same program.

A $620,709 water-drain package for the Housing Fund under the Ministry of Infrastructure: excavation, pipe insertion, and concrete works of the kind AFE executes year after year in Khartoum and other states. It sits alongside the company's wider drainage record, including $953,637 of drainage works for the Ministry of Planning in 2020.
